Refunds and Returns Policy


Our refund and return policy is that we want to make you happy with your purchase, no matter what. If you would like to cancel or change an order, before it has shipped, please promptly let us know and we can issue you a refund. If the product that you receive is not up to quality specifications, please let us know and we will make it right for you.


Refunds will be done using the method of payment used for the order. Refunds are only available within 30 days from purchase date, under the following conditions. You are only entitled to a refund for full purchase price, if there is a critical issue with the product or its quality.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send the necessary details to initiate the exchange.
